Boeing's Company Culture

The Boeing family is here to serve our customers, community, and environment. Our values set us to the highest standard as we take pride in all the products we create and take responsibility for the work we do. The workforce of the company is what drives success. As a global team, we are to respect one another and bring our diverse backgrounds to create an environment safe for anyone. As stated on there, “Our Values” page, “In everything we do and in all aspects of our business, we will make safety our top priority, strive for first-time quality, hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, and continue to support a sustainable future.”

Safety is our top priority and everyone here is encouraged to stand up and speak when they feel unsafe in Boeing. We want those who come to work, to return to their loved ones as when they left their homes. While Boeing has been doing their part to ensure our safety of us, we want everyone here to share their ideas. The purpose of this blog is for everyone to participate in sharing their ideas of improving our culture.

Boeing wants us to know that they are on our side with safety and provide multiple outlets to contact them. Boeing offers 24/7 support by offering an email contact for general questions, a text-based communication service used to provide primary care, a report hotline number, and access to a specialized employee assistance program (EAP).

Has Boeing met your expectation of what company culture is?  Have they been able to convey their idea of culture to you? I encourage you to comment down below about Boeing's culture.
